Moving into 2021 with hope and optimism

Dear Customer,

 

We would like to start by wishing you a Happy and Healthy New Year.  As we embark on 2021, we see ourselves embrace a new sense of hope and optimism.  May this feeling continue throughout the months to come.

 

Since last March, our priority has been to protect our employees and their families, while ensuring the business continuity for our customers.  I am proud to report today that the health and safety measures we put in place and which were applied meticulously by our staff and partners have yielded zero COVID cases within our plant. All the while pursuing our activities and supporting our customers in maintaining the supply chain for essential products.

 

Indeed, it was impressive to see how we all quickly adapted and made use of the latest technologies to keep in touch and to do business differently.  Throughout the last few months, we delivered on our commitment to our customers by supplying over 50 pieces of equipment, peripherals and tooling. We also put to use our proprietary ICON controls technology and our remote assistance capabilities to conduct over 20 remote installations of new equipment and tooling, as well as machine upgrades. Please be sure to have a look at our upcoming case study regarding remote installations for additional information and benefits to our customers.  We trust that the means we have put in place alleviate the impact of travel restrictions and we thank you for your collaboration and flexibility. We would also like to extend our gratitude to our suppliers who continue to support us in meeting our commitments.

 

We may not be completely out of the woods yet, thus rest assured that our team remains dedicated to offering you the quality service you have come to expect from us.  By now, we have all become comfortable with the uncomfortable and we will all come out of this stronger than ever.  Please stay safe and remember that MMC is #here4you.
