MMC Cap Lining Machines (also known as wadding machines) are designed and manufactured to stamp out lining material disks from rolls of material and install the disks into your caps at rates up to 1,200 caps/minute, depending upon cap size and design.
We have tooling capable of cutting and installing various types of disk configurations. |

MMC currently offers six different cap lining (wadding) machines to accommodate many different production output goals. All of our machines are capable of running between 150 and 200 cycles/minute with a capacity breakdown as follows: |

The basic principal of our standard cap lining machines is to utilize a multi-station rotary indexing machine to receive parts into a pocket wheel in multiple lanes. Each cap is fed into an individual pocket wheel in the pocket wheel in order to maintain positive control of each part while it is being processed through the machine. Each of our cap lining machines has individual, dedicated stations.
